SAGADAHOC

Selected as a "Boat of the Year 2004" by Maine Boats & Harbors Magazine!

About our vessel:

The SAGADAHOC is a former NAVY 50ft Utility Boat (hull# 15MUB9002) used for personnel transport.

It was built in 1991 by Willard Marine in California.

15MUB9002 was issued in November 1991 to USS ESSEX (LHD-2) where she was assigned as a Ship's liberty and multipurpose utility boat until May 1996. In June 1996, she was re-assigned to Naval Station Pearl Harbor where she served as a personnel ferry boat to shuttle Navy personnel for the remainder of her service life. It was during this service, the number '34' was painted on; the boat was known locally at NAVSTA Pearl Harbor as 'Shuttle NS-34'.

In 2004, Capt. Mike & Crew completed a conversion and total re-fit of the Sagadahoc into the elegant launch style vessel you are aboard today!

  • Up to 64 passengers
  • Covered decks for inclement weather
  • Heated Cabin
  • Restroom onboard
  • Snack Bar
