Long Reach Cruises Reservation & Cancellation Policy Advance reservations are accepted and confirmed with ticket purchase for regularly scheduled cruises. If YOU do not wish to purchase a ticket then no advance reservation is accepted or made. YOU are welcome to purchase tickets prior to boarding the boat from our scheduled departure point or onboard the boat. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend purchasing a ticket at least 1 hour before departure. If WE cancel a cruise for any reason, a refund will be processed OR; YOU may use your ticket/reservation on any of our regular scheduled cruises within one year from date of purchase. Refunds are made by check mailed to the customer’s home address within 10 days of cancellation. If YOU cancel or fail to board for a cruise (advance reservations are held until 10 minutes before departure) the ticket will be mailed to you and may be used within one year from date of purchase on any of our regularly scheduled cruises. No Refunds. Ticket sales are not refundable (except as above).
